Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4100 for textile lamination bonding is a one-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solids.PUR-4100 can be used on a wide variety of fabrics and different plastic films. The end product is hard with good initial strength, moderate open time and excellent final strength. PUR-4100 is characterized by stable viscosity when heated at a certain temperature and high initial and final bond strength. After curing, PUR-4100 has good peel strength, good heat and moisture resistance and chemical resistance.
APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4100 is used for textile lamination bonding. PUR-4100 can be used for all kinds of fabrics and different plastic films. The final product is stiff, with good initial strength, moderate opening time and excellent final strength.

USER GUIDE
The package of PUR-4100 is suitable for various dispensing equipment.
The recommended operating temperature is 90℃~110℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).
STORAGE
Store PUR-4100 in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight. store PUR-4100 at a temperature not exceeding 35°C, away from open flames or heat sources.
